One of my favorite smoothies!
Peanut butter Smoothie
2 Tbs of crunchy peanut butter
1 Cup of milk
1 Large Banana (frozen if you have one)
Ice (if no frozen banana)
BLEND THAT DELICIOUSNESS NOW!
feel free to add a few nuts like I do to add a bit more crunch to it and/or some protein powder to bust this baby up a bit.
